I use the scientific method to develop and test all my recipes to ensure you get deliciously perfect results every time. During my years of baking, I came across recipes online that didn’t work. The ingredients were incorrect, the proportions were wrong, the instructions were unclear, the baking time was off, or all of the above! Nobody wants a sunken cupcake or soggy bottom! Right, Mary Berry? So, like a good scientist, I experimented with ingredients, tested baking temperatures/times, and took detailed notes in my quest to save the Internet from unreliable recipes! I eventually emerged victorious, and now I have battle-tested recipes that can conquer any kitchen!

I don’t publish any recipe until I have thoroughly tested it to ensure it will come out perfectly, and it can be repeated by anyone. I’m a very detail-oriented guy, so I take careful notes and measure everything as accurately as possible. When you bake with recipes that you know will work, you bake with confidence. That’s why I try my best to provide you with recipes that are guaranteed to be foolproof!

I love baking. I love how the creativity of it ignites the imagination. I love how the science of it whets the appetite for knowledge. I love how the personal touch of it brings joy to loved ones. I love how baking makes new memories and honors old traditions. Yet, what I love most about baking is the sharing - the sharing of recipes, desserts, and time with the ones I love. Now, I want to share my tried and true recipes with all of you. I hope my recipes help you bring joy to your life and the lives of others through baking. I hope I inspire you to get in the kitchen and get baking because there is a super baker in all of us!
